SELinux enforcing. Kernel hardening via sysctl. LUKS2 full-disk encryption with TPM2 unlock. CIS Benchmark audit built-in. Security is the foundation, not a feature.

MEKAT evolves through three infrastructure phases — from Nobara downstream to a fully independent Fedora fork to an atomic OCI image model. No single point of dependency.

Simple RPM-based pipeline. MEKAT inherits Nobara's gaming patches. Focus is on branding, profiles, and hardening.

Custom kernel built directly from Fedora upstream, cherry-picking Nobara patches. Full independence. Security patches in <28h.
Phase C · 2027
Atomic OCI
